For the last 15 years, Jack Tadman's practice has focused exclusively on clients in the iGaming, quasi-gaming, and land-based gaming spaces. Jack represents clients in all facets of the gaming ecosystem, including operators, suppliers, affiliates, social casino providers, skill-game providers, media companies, sports leagues, players, and advertisers. Jack advises clients on how to comply with the gaming and betting provisions of the Canadian Criminal Code and provincial gaming regulations, as well as advertising and consumer protection legislation. He leverages his Canadian gaming law knowledge and experience to assist clients in the Canadian landscape and various jurisdictions globally. Jack assists gaming clients at various stages of development, from start-ups navigating through the introductory hurdles of establishing a gaming business, to large publicly traded companies on North American and European stock exchanges and private enterprises of varying sizes. Jack has spoken at numerous gaming-related conferences, published papers, written articles, and appeared on national television. He is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law and is the Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Electronic Entertainment and Online Gaming Subcommittee.
