Jake is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate involving a number of asset classes and transaction structures, including portfolio and share transactions. He also advises clients on limited partnerships and co-ownership arrangements, financings and land transfer tax matters. Jake has extensive experience acting on behalf of several of Canada’s leading real estate investment firms, developers and operators.
