Jamie Mandell

Jamie Mandell is the Toronto Office Managing Partner and practises in the areas of securities, corporate finance and corporate commercial law. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. She regularly represents both issuers and investment dealers with a variety of matters, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, going public transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She assists a range of companies that includes startups, mid-size companies and large publicly traded companies.
