As a partner at Robertson Stromberg LLP, Jared practises civil litigation with a focus on construction, commercial, and insurance law. He has appeared in courts throughout Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta, and is actively involved in all elements of the legal process with a focus on arbitration and court-based proceedings. He also regularly provides parties with assistance in the procurement, contract drafting and execution of large construction projects, including in the mining, commercial and industrial sectors. Jared acts for a wide variety of clients, including owners, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and insurers. He has appeared many times in front of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, including on matters involving The Builders’ Lien Act, an insurer’s obligation to provide coverage, as well as on matters involving priority disputes in the context of receivership proceedings.
