Jason J. Annibale is McMillan's national Co-Chair of Construction and a partner in the firm’s Advocacy and Dispute Resolution group. He acts on complex construction disputes and transactions, particularly within the P3 space. A key aspect of Jason’s practice involves resolving delay and cost overrun disputes, particularly in the context of COVID-19 impacts. Jason is a Fellow of both the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and the Construction Lawyers Society of America. He has been recognized in Chambers Canada and The Best Lawyers in Canada as a Leading Lawyer in Construction Law. He has also been recognized in the Lexpert® Special Edition as one of Canada’s Leading Infrastructure Lawyers. Jason was elected to the Ontario Bar Association's Construction and Infrastructure Law Section Executive for three terms and is the author of the chapter on Dispute Resolution in the LexisNexis text, Public-Private Partnerships in Canada: Law Policy and Value for Money. Jason regularly speaks and writes in the construction community and is the co-chair for Osgoode Hall’s premier construction programs, including the full week Construction Law Certificate program, the Construction Liens program, the Ontario Construction Act program, and the Construction Delay and Impact Claims program.
