Jaspal Sangha is the founder and principal lawyer of Sangha Construction Law Professional Corporation, a boutique practice based in Mississauga, Ontario focused exclusively on construction law. He represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors across all stages of construction projects, including front-end contract drafting and negotiation, course-of-project advice, construction liens, breach of trust claims, interim adjudication, and complex construction litigation. Jaspal has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal and Divisional Court, and has been directly involved in several leading interim adjudication and prompt payment decisions since the introduction of adjudication under the Construction Act. He is frequently sought out for his strategic approach to construction disputes and his practical, commercially grounded advice. Prior to founding his firm, Jaspal practiced at a construction law boutique, a national law firm, and a regional insurance defence firm in Toronto. He holds a law degree from the University of Windsor and an undergraduate degree from the Schulich School of Business.
