Jay is a partner in Osler’s Real Estate Group and his practice focuses on a variety of real estate matters, including purchase and sales transactions involving office, industrial and retail properties, mortgage financing, ground and office leasing, and development and planning matters. He also provides real estate advice relating to complex commercial transactions, including conventional and renewable energy infrastructure, project and other financing, and share and asset purchase transactions. Jay advises a wide range of clients, including renewable energy companies, financial institutions, pension funds, life insurance companies and other institutional developers, lenders and investors.
