Jeffrey is a founding partner at Scion Law LLP where he practises in estate and trust planning and administration. Jeffrey is frequently consulted by clients and their advisors on matters of personal estate planning, trust planning, business succession planning, probate avoidance, incapacity planning and disability planning. Jeffrey advises executors and trustees on the administration of estates of all levels of complexity. Jeffrey is a past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Wills, Estates and Trusts Subsection (Vancouver) and has been recognized in the Best Lawyers in Canada since 2022. Jeffrey is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver and the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, in which he holds a TEP designation.
