Jenna Clark is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Business Law Group in Vancouver. She offers expertise in corporate finance, commercial law, and bankruptcy and restructuring, providing strategic advice to clients throughout all stages of the business cycle. Jenna’s prior in-house experience gives her unique insight into client needs and enables her to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions. Jenna represents clients across diverse industries, including natural resources, cannabis, technology, real estate, and financial services, with a specialized focus on mining. She advises on complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate finance transactions and insolvency mandates, including lending transactions, project finance facilities, metal streaming and royalties, debt restructurings, distressed and debtor-in-possession financings, corporate reorganizations, bankruptcies, receiverships, and other matters under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. Jenna was called to the British Columbia bar in 2016 and the Ontario bar in 2018.
