Jenna Weinkauf

Jenna Weinkauf (She/Her/Hers) is a partner in the Real Estate and Corporate groups in Dentons’ Edmonton office. Jenna’s practice incorporates all areas of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions and dispositions, planning and development, condominium and strata developments, commercial leasing and infrastructure projects such as solar and wind farms. She also advises on ownership matters, including partnership, joint venture, shareholder and co-ownership agreements. Jenna works extensively in the area of financial services for both lenders and borrowers, with a particular strength in real estate-based financing. Jenna’s experience includes a secondment to an international corporation out of their London and New York offices. This opportunity provided valuable insight into the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the business community, and solidified her appreciation of the need for practical legal advice that furthers commercial objectives.
