Jennifer A. N. Corak

Jennifer Corak is a Partner in the Wills, Trusts, and Estates Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP. As part of her practice, she advises Canadian and international clients, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and other professionals, on a variety of estate and trust matters. She provides strategic guidance throughout the estate planning process, working with clients to prepare wills, continuing powers of attorney for property, powers of attorney for personal care, and trusts, as well as to develop effective probate planning strategies. She also advises trustees and beneficiaries with respect to the administration of estates and trusts and attorneys acting under a power of attorney, provides support to litigators in contentious estate matters, and has experience in succession planning for closely held businesses and planning for individuals in complex family arrangements. She holds the trust and estate practitioner designation as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), writes and speaks on estates and trusts matters and is co-editor-in-chief of Federated Press’ Personal Tax and Estate Planning journal. Jennifer was the 2025 recipient of the OBA Hoffstein Book Prize.
