Jennifer Zdriluk is a partner in Ross & McBride’s Labour, Employment & Human Rights Group. She advises employers and employees on a wide range of workplace and human rights matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, discipline, terminations, wrongful dismissal, disability and accommodation issues, and discrimination claims. Jennifer is a skilled advocate and regularly appears before the courts, the Human Rights Tribunal, labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and other administrative tribunals. She is also an experienced mediator, recognized for delivering practical, strategic, and results-oriented solutions to complex disputes. Committed to professional excellence, Jennifer has enhanced her practice through advanced training and certifications in workplace investigations, human rights, and mental health in the workplace.
