Jeremy’s practice focuses on business law disputes, including complex commercial disputes, insolvency litigation, and public law matters. Jeremy often represents clients on the Commercial List in a wide range of commercial disputes, including shareholder, contractual, confidential information and fiduciary duty and trust disputes. Jeremy is also an experienced appellate lawyer and has appeared numerous times in Divisional Court, Courts of Appeal of Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada.
