Jeremy Pleasant

Jeremy Pleasant is a Partner in our Business Law Group in Toronto. Jeremy acts for public and private companies, including leading financial sponsors, on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate finance matters, with a particular focus on the technology, energy transition, infrastructure and real estate sectors. Jeremy was previously based in the Firm’s New York office, where he focused on Canada–U.S. cross-border M&A transactions and financings, advising U.S.-based clients on Canadian corporate matters in connection with acquiring assets and conducting business in Canada.
