Jody Aldcorn is a partner in the Business Law Group whose practice focuses on major infrastructure, transportation and complex commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on airport development and operations. She advises on long-term leases, P3 and concession structures, carrier partnerships, multi-party development agreements, governance frameworks and project-critical commercial arrangements across Canada and the United States. Recent work includes acting as lead counsel on a C$400-million, 49-year airport lease with a Canadian municipality, advising on the acquisition of an aviation infrastructure and energy services platform with national operations supporting fuel, de-icing and aviation energy logistics at airports across Canada, and advising on major airport redevelopment initiatives, strategic joint ventures and long-term lease negotiations. Jody is known for her strategic, pragmatic approach to complex, multi-stakeholder transactions in highly regulated environments.
