Joel regularly advises clients in the transportation industry on all aspects of corporate commercial and regulatory law matters. He is a member of the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association, the Association of Transportation Law Professionals, the Transportation Lawyers Association (US), and the American Bar Association. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Transportation Lawyers Association in recognition of continued dedication and service to the association and the legal profession. He was also awarded the designation of Accredited Director by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
