John’s practice is focused on commercial litigation with an emphasis on partnership, contractual, and estates disputes. John also regularly represents clients in directors’ and officers’ liability claims, enforcement of foreign judgments, and professional liability matters. John is a former Co-Chair of The Advocates’ Society’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. John has written and spoken on numerous occasions on advocacy-related topics, and has won awards for his written articles. John has also taught trial advocacy at both the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law School. John was selected for the 2014 Lexpert's"Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40".
