Joshua’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property litigation including patent and technology related litigation and disputes over trademark rights and copyright. Joshua has considerable experience as trial counsel spanning all areas of intellectual property in the Federal Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal and in the courts of the Province of Ontario. He has had the opportunity to represent a diversity of clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large multinational corporations. Josh has handled cases involving a wide range of technologies including oilfield services, polymer science, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, mechanical devices and construction equipment. On the trademark side, Josh represents clients in defending the distinctiveness of their brands and in enforcing their valuable registered and common law rights.
