Judith A. Hull, BA (Hons), LLB, LLM, is a nationally recognized civil litigator and mediator with more than 29 years’ experience representing plaintiffs in a wide variety of personal injury and malpractice matters. A Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation through the Law Society of Ontario, she is known for a principled, client-focused approach grounded in her values of Service, Integrity, Results™, and is widely respected as both an advocate and dispute-resolution professional. She practises in Ontario and Nunavut. She is the founder of JH Lawyers, a boutique personal injury litigation firm, and principal of Judith Hull Mediations, providing trauma-informed mediation services across civil disputes. Judith holds degrees from Western University and the London School of Economics and has completed advanced mediation training through the Harvard Negotiation Institute and ADR Learning Institute. She is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, Past President of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and former Director of The Advocates’ Society, former Governor of the American Association for Justice, and former Chair of its Canadian Caucus.
