Julie is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice. Having gained significant trial and appellate experience over the years, Julie advises a wide range of clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on class action defence. She has acted in, among other things, class actions in the areas of consumer affairs, competition, environment, securities, retail, and transportation. She applies a creative, yet efficient, approach to complex litigation matters. Clients also turn to Julie for her strategic thinking and strong advocacy skills. Julie regularly acts as a coach in advocacy and speaks at various conferences and training workshops on topics related to her practice. Julie is a member of the Québec Advisory Committee for The Advocates’ Society. She is also a member of Davies’ Talent Management, Professional Development, and Workplace Harassment Prevention committees, as well as the Diversity & Inclusion Council.
