Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Class Actions and Competition and Foreign Investment Law Groups at Goodmans. Extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, competition law, regulatory/administrative law proceedings, procurement law, white collar crime, internal investigations, as well as domestic and international arbitrations. Select recent litigation work includes acting for: Converge Technology Solutions Corp. in defence of multiple motions brought on an urgent basis that sought to prevent the completion of an arrangement agreement; RioCan REIT in a dispute regarding the future of the premises previously occupied by The Bay at Yorkdale Mall; Browning West LP in multiple pieces of litigation related to its proxy campaign against Gildan Activewear Inc.; and Kosmayer Investment Inc. in its claim against Rumble. Has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and all levels of court in Ontario.
