Kajal Ervin is the past managing partner, and current Firm Chairperson, of JSS Barristers. Kajal’s practice focuses primarily on class actions and complex commercial disputes. Her class action practice includes acting on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of areas including securities, privacy breach, and product liability litigation. In addition to her Class Action practice, Kajal also has experience managing large scale litigation where she acts on behalf of multiple clients, including mass tort litigation. Her practice includes commercial litigation, oil and gas litigation, securities litigation and construction disputes. Kajal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta.
