Karsten T. Lee

Karsten Lee is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Commercial Leasing Practice Group at WeirFoulds LLP. In his practice, he represents developers, property managers, landlords, tenants, lenders, franchisors and franchisees, and advises national, individual, and entrepreneurial clients with respect to all leasing-related matters. Karsten has extensive experience with leasing-related due diligence, drafting and negotiating commercial leases and all ancillary documentation, and advising on redevelopment leasing issues, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, defaults, and termination.
