Kate Cahill is a senior partner at Thomson Rogers LLP. Kate’s practice is focused on litigating complex medical negligence cases for patients. Her litigation practice includes advocating for individuals harmed by defective medical devices and surgical implants. Beyond medical malpractice, Kate also represents clients who have suffered serious injuries due to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, or defective products. Kate regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice, advocating for plaintiffs at both the trial and appellate levels. Her experience in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice has been recognized by her colleagues in TheBest Lawyers in Canada.
