Acts in disputes across a range of legal issues including product liability, consumer protection, employment, contract, procurement, privacy and fraud claims. Represents clients in diverse industries including retail, manufacturing, consumer products, technology, gig economy, food and beverage, forestry and agribusiness. Has also advised clients responding to cybersecurity incidents. Writes and speaks frequently about class actions, litigation and cybersecurity. Graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School (JD) and called to the Bar in British Columbia (2017) and Ontario (2012). Also ranked on Benchmark Canada’s Future Star and "40 & Under" lists (2023).
