Katie Tucker

Katie Tucker is a partner at JFK Law LLP. Her practice focuses on Aboriginal, constitutional and administrative law, and the recognition and advancement of Indigenous jurisdiction. Katie has worked extensively on Pre-Confederation, Historic, and Modern Treaties. She represents Indigenous groups in complex negotiations regarding Indigenous governance, fiscal financing, co-management regimes, land use planning, the development of nuclear projects and radioactive waste management, and commercial and real estate development. She has appeared before trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
