KayLynn Litton is a senior partner in the Calgary office of Norton Rose Fulbright and leads the firm’s Canadian energy practice. With more than 25 years of experience assisting clients in relation to a variety of commercial projects and transactions, KayLynn’s practice includes the negotiation and drafting of complex transactional, corporate, commercial and operational agreements for clients in a variety of energy industry sectors. She regularly represents clients in domestic and international acquisitions, mergers and divestitures, project development and joint ventures in the upstream, midstream and renewable energy sectors, pipeline and other midstream contracts, corporate reorganizations, Indigenous consultation and investment, and other commercial and contractual matter.
