Kelsey’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters. As a trusted advisor, she has extensive public and private mergers and acquisitions experience, having acted in plans of arrangement, take-private transactions, hostile take-over bids, private equity transactions, share and asset acquisitions, special committee engagements, and complex restructurings. She also advises a broad range of clients on power and renewable energy transactions and partnerships with Indigenous-owned counterparties. Kelsey’s experience further includes acting for issuers and underwriters in domestic and cross-border debt and equity offerings, including initial public offerings, shelf and short-form prospectus offerings, and private placements.
