Ken’s active advocacy and counsel continues especially as to transportation law and dispute resolution in railway regulatory matters; crossings and rights of way issues; and injury, commercial, and shipping cases. Expertise in drafting, negotiation, and interpretation of agreements in the rail sector and dealing with rail operators, industry, municipalities, and federal and provincial regulatory and licensing agencies in the transportation field. Assists clients with resolving employment disputes or grievances and remedies, and handling coroner's inquests.
