Kenneth Rosenstein is the current Managing Partner, Toronto and the former national leader of the firm’s Financial Services practice at Miller Thomson LLP. Ken's practice focuses on all areas of corporate and commercial finance, insolvency and creditor enforcement matters. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in matters regarding asset-based, debtor in possession, syndicated, senior-secured, mezzanine, subordinated debt and quasi-equity financings with a particular focus and expertise in cross-border financings. Ken is approved counsel for and represents a number of major bank and non-bank financial institutions. He has experience in financings in a broad range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, packaged goods and the automotive and technology industries. Ken has been repeatedly recognized as a leading lawyer in Asset-Based Lending by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. Ken is a former director on the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association (Toronto Chapter). Ken is called to the Ontario and Alberta Bars.
On October 19, 2016, Tender Choice Foods Inc. and its affiliate (“Tender Choice”), a leading Burlington, Ont.-based processor specializing in the processing, packing and distribution of meat products completed the sale of substantially all of the assets and food processing business of Tender Choice to Blue Goose Pure Capital Corp.
