Kevin Cooke is a litigation partner at Cunningham Swan Lawyers where he is the head of the Insurance Defence Group at the firm. A specialized aspect of Kevin’s insurance defence practice relates to long-term disability claims as well as life and health claims, where he has acted for several national insurance companies and defended hundreds of claims. Kevin applies a practical and cost-conscious approach to his litigation practice, and he works collaboratively with his clients to achieve ideal outcomes. Kevin has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. Kevin has presented at the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA) conferences, and he is also an executive board member with the Federation of Ontario Law Associations (FOLA).
