Kimberly Boara Alexander is a civil litigator practising executive employment law, career law, and commercial litigation. She has been a Lexpert-ranked lawyer since 2021. A legal and strategic advisor, she acts for executives, partners, officers, directors, and shareholders, guiding them through negotiation, planning, and dispute resolution using alternative mechanisms at all levels of court. Kimberly founded KBA Partners LLP. She advises on employment contracts, partnership agreements, obligations on departure, rights, duties, and remedies in cases of wrongful or constructive dismissal, investigations, oppression and expulsion, human rights violations, interference with economic/contractual relations, breach of contract, fiduciary duties, and director liabilities. Kimberly was an instructor for Ontario’s lawyer Licensing Program. She has lectured at the OBA, Osgoode CPD, and Law Society of Ontario. She was an Articling Principal 2010–2016, and has volunteered for Pro Bono Law Ontario since 2015. She acts as a judge and supervisor for the Moot Court Program at U of T. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Toronto Lawyers’ Association, and The Advocates’ Society. She supports YWCA Toronto and is a founding trustee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada Foundation.
