Kimberly is AUM Law’s Chief Legal Counsel. In her role, she supports the firm’s lawyers and clerks to advise clients on all aspects of the investment management industry. Her experience includes advising domestic and international issuers on the formation of investment vehicles, including non-redeemable investment funds, retail mutual funds, flow-through limited partnerships and pooled funds. She has regularly advised clients on the operations of both public and private investment funds in Canada and on a broad range of regulatory and compliance issues involving registered dealers, advisers and investment fund managers. Kimberly is a member of the advisory panel for the Canadian Association of Alternative Strategies and Assets (CAASA), and has spoken regularly at conferences for Osgoode Professional Development.
