Kirsten Crain is a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Kirsten has a broad civil litigation practice encompassing commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes, health sector disputes, and administrative law matters. Kirsten has extensive experience dealing with a range of matters before the Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court of Canada, and many provincial and federal administrative tribunals including the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Canadian Judicial Council, and the National Energy Board. She has conducted trials and hearings before courts and tribunals across Canada. Kirsten is a director of The Advocates’ Society and a member of the BLG national partnership board. Kirsten graduated from McGill University with an LLB in 1999 (Dean's Honours List). She has an MSc (Distinction) from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from McGill University. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2001.
