Kristin Wall provides strategic legal counsel in all areas of intellectual property law. She has extensive litigation experience under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) (PMNOC) Regulations, regulations governing the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB), Certificate of Supplementary Protection (CSP) Regulations and Food and Drug Regulations. Ms. Wall has acted in many of the first litigation proceedings under Canada's CETA-reformed patent legislation, including as counsel in the first PM(NOC) and CSP court challenges. She represents pharmaceutical patentees in two industry-wide challenges of Canada’s newly amended PMPRB drug pricing regulations and guidelines. Ms. Wall's advisory work focuses on regulation that is most susceptible to litigation, including issues involving drug pricing and reimbursement, patents and data protection. Ms. Wall is a registered trademark agent and her trademark and copyright practice focuses on disputes, licensing and enforcement.
