Kristin Wall provides strategic legal counsel in all areas of intellectual property law. She has extensive litigation experience under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) (PMNOC) Regulations, regulations governing the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB), Certificate of Supplementary Protection (CSP) Regulations, and Food and Drug Regulations. Wall's advisory work focuses on regulation that is most susceptible to litigation, including issues involving drug pricing and reimbursement, access to information, patent listings, and data protection. Wall is a registered trademark agent and her trademark and copyright practice focuses on disputes, licensing, and enforcement.
