Lauren’s practice focuses on representing alternative asset managers in the formation, fundraising and ongoing management of their private funds. Lauren also has in-depth experience in fund restructurings. In addition, Lauren represents public pension plans as well as financial institutions and funds-of-funds, in connection with their private market investments in pooled funds and separately managed accounts. Lauren also acts for both fund sponsors and institutional investors in respect of their co-investment mandates. Lauren further assists clients with liquidity transactions in the secondaries space, including in respect of LP-led secondary transactions and continuation funds. Lauren’s experience spans many fund strategies, including buyout, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate, credit, secondaries and hedge funds.
