Laurence Déry specializes in labour and employment law. She represents public and private sector employers subject to both federal and provincial jurisdiction. Laurence also advises foreign companies on their obligations as employers in Quebec. Laurence is an expert on many individual and collective labour law issues. She intervenes in collective bargaining, drafts collective agreements and contracts of employment and conducts investigations into psychological harassment.
