Leigh is a tax dispute resolution lawyer. She is an advocate in compliance, controversy resolution and litigation before the Tax Court, Federal Courts, Ontario Courts and Supreme Court of Canada. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Trinity College and Osgoode Hall Law School, JD (2002), LLM (Tax, 2011), Leigh was selected by the Law Society of Ontario to assist in the design and development of the Tax Law Specialist designation and is a former director of the Ontario Bar Association’s Tax Law Section.
