Lévy is a partner in our firm’s national Business Law Group, based in Montréal, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, project development, and asset management in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. He advises clients on strategic matters and oversees the governance of business transactions, leveraging his extensive experience managing complex transactions and projects across multiple sectors. With extensive client-side experience as a former in-house counsel, Lévy has successfully facilitated the acquisition and sale of renewable energy assets in North America and Europe, negotiated critical partnership agreements, and overseen legal aspects of diverse infrastructure, renewable and real estate developments.
