Lisa Borsook is one of the most recommended Commercial Leasing and Infrastructure lawyers in the country, widely recognized for her experience and commitment to her clients and the profession. She is executive partner of WeirFoulds LLP and was managing partner 2007–12. She was inducted into the Hall of Fame for the Women's Executive Network's Top 100: Most Powerful Women in Canada in 2016. In 2014, she received the OBA Award of Excellence in Real Estate. In 2016, she received the LSO’s Laura Legge Award for her contributions to women in the profession. In 2017, she was honoured by the Canadian Civil Liberties Association. In 2020, she became a founding visionary for the Prosperity Project, which aims to mitigate the effects of the pandemic on Canadian women.
