Lucie Dufour advises organizations and companies in life sciences, research and development, and technology. With close to 35 years of experience, she advises Canadian and international clients in increasingly complex and regulated environments. She negotiates and drafts industry-specific licenses and agreements and supports clients in all aspects of activities, including specialized projects and day-to-day business operations, both commercially and regulatory. She guides projects from research and development of molecules, clinical studies and manufacturing phases to the marketing and promotion of products under the Food and Drugs Act and other regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the life sciences sector. Before opening her law firm in 2014, she had extensive experience in academia and the corporate world as in-house legal advisor and as partner at one of Canada’s largest law firms.
