She has been engaged as an independent investigator in complex harassment and bullying complaints. She offers guidance to employers regarding emerging issues such as the use of AI tools. Jean is a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE), and past chair of the Canadian Bar Association Labour & Employment (South) Section.
