He is committed to a tax practice that is rigorous, responsive, and aligned with clients’ strategic objectives. He has deep experience across the deal lifecycle, including buy- and sell-side structuring, tax-efficient financing, post-acquisition integrations, fund and portfolio company planning, and exit readiness. His work spans inbound and outbound planning, treaty interpretation, hybrid instruments and entities, and the evolving international tax landscape. As the North American Chair of YIN at the International Fiscal Association, he leads initiatives to expand young professionals’ engagement, foster cross-border collaboration, and strengthen knowledge-sharing across the global tax community. Marc André also acts as the Treasurer of International Fiscal Association (Canada) and Co-Chair of World Law Group, International Tax & Private Wealth Group.
