(cross-border insolvency), and counsel to the lenders’ banking syndicate of The Aldo Group Inc. A frequent conference speaker on the subjects of security, bankruptcy, and insolvency. Member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, CBA, INSOL International, ABI, and Canadian Turnaround Management Association. Called to the Québec Bar in 1981.
