Marc is a senior counsel in the BLG Montreal office. He acts as solicitor and litigator in banking, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, and corporate restructurings. Marc advises financial institutions, creditors, venture capital funds, receivers, monitors, and trustees, and represents their interests before the courts. He assists debtors and stakeholders in restructurings and insolvencies. Marc also acts in commercial litigation matters, construction matters, and commercial disputes. His experience includes national and cross-border insolvencies, complex liquidation, and securities-related insolvency situations. Marc is a frequent conference speaker on the subjects of security, bankruptcy, and insolvency. He is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, CBA, INSOL International, ABI, and Canadian Turnaround Management Association. Recognized in the 2023 edition (and since 2008) of The Best Lawyers in Canada. Called to the Quebec Bar in 1981.
