Marc Lefler is a partner in the firm’s Global Infrastructure & Projects Group, with a practice concentrated in project finance, development, and public-private partnerships (P3s). He brings significant experience in major infrastructure development and construction law. Marc regularly works with a wide range of stakeholders in the infrastructure and energy space - including lenders, developers, procuring authorities and contractors - providing end-to-end support on project development and financing.
City Centre Terminal Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Porter Aviation Holdings Inc. (PAHI), completed the sale of substantially all of its assets, including the passenger terminal at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (BBTCA), to Nieuport Aviation Infrastructure Partners GP (Nieuport), a consortium of Canadian and international infrastructure equity investors.
