Mary Hamilton, KC, is a Partner in the Wills, Estates + Trusts and Charities + Non-Profit Practice Groups at Alexander Holburn. She has over 30 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and estate administration, and has held senior positions with wills, estates, and trusts groups in Vancouver. Mary was named Vancouver Trusts and Estates Lawyer of the Year by The Best Lawyers in Canada in 2011, 2017, and 2021. A significant part of Mary’s practice focuses on assisting entrepreneur clients with the transition of business ownership to the next generation, as well as advising executors, administrators, and trustees on probate, estate and trust administration, and passing accounts.
