Mélanie Houle

Mélanie Houle brings an in-depth knowledge of Canadian business immigration law to our MT>iplus division in Montreal. With over 25 years of experience, she excels in the international mobility of workers and businesspeople. Her professional journey is marked by various roles in private law firms, economic development organizations such as Montreal International, as well as positions as a political adviser. This diversity of positions has allowed her to develop a deep understanding and a pragmatic approach to the challenges of immigration. Ms. Houle offers legal services to individuals, Canadian companies, and international entities, meeting their needs in terms of international mobility, corporate restructurings, and labour shortage management. She assists clients throughout the process of obtaining visas, work permits, permanent residency and labour market impact assessments, as well as in the event of inadmissibility. Before completing her academic path in law, she enriched her experience by serving as a customs officer. She is a graduate of the University of Montreal and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1998.
