Michael is a partner in the Technology Law Group and Cyber/Data Group with deep experience in providing practical legal solutions across a broad range of technology-related transactions, including in relation to privacy, technology outsourcing, data sharing, cloud services, licensing, joint development arrangements, payment processing agreements, e-commerce, distribution agreements and competitive/public technology procurements. Michael brings specific knowledge and experience in addressing the unique concerns posed by emerging technologies and trends, including artificial intelligence, open banking/data. He regularly advises companies in relation to complex arrangements involving novel and innovative uses of data and technology and speaks on topics of strategic importance in the industry.
