Michael Wolkowicz is a Partner and Head of Mass Torts at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers LLP. His practice is devoted to personal injury litigation and mass torts, including motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits claims, occupier's liability, and long-term disability cases. Michael is known as a solutions-oriented lawyer with excellent analytical skills. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the License and Appeals Tribunal. Michael attended Osgoode Hall Law School, where he completed his legal studies and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2011. Michael continues to provide mentorship to his peers.
