Mik Arendas has a practice covering many areas of corporate and securities law. He has experience acting for public and private companies and industry leaders in a range of sectors, including construction, financial services, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, public and private partnerships, and real estate. He has been involved in a wide variety of complex transactions related to project infrastructure and finance, syndicated financings, public offerings and private placements, mergers and acquisitions (both negotiated and unsolicited), and restructuring transactions. Prior to joining Osler, he worked in the field of corporate finance and investment banking.
